No. GigMatch is only available as a benefit through an employer, so there's no way to sign up or buy it on your own.
Ask your employer. Your HR or benefits team can tell you whether your company offers GigMatch. If it does, they'll share the activation code you use to set up the app. If it doesn't yet, let them know you're interested.
